Client Background

SBFM is a business that offers several management services to businesses nationwide specialising in, Cleaning, Catering, Security, Waste Management, Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance.
They needed somewhere to quietly manage their sales process to manage new contracts and renewal of contracts.This would be a greenfield project to introduce salesforce to the SBFM sales team.

Challenges Faced by the client

A way new way to track and celebrate when new deals are closed and/or deals are renewed. Salesforce was a perfect solution to get this resolved and for future expansion and use to manage customer information.

Migrated existing SBFM data from excel sheets into Salesforce.

In conclusion, salesforce successfully designed, built and introduced the new salesforce instance to the business and migrated data into salesforce which was readily adopted by the business and the sale team. This helped them manage their Sales pipelines for better reporting and use.
